Preschool at St. Wendelin’s Catholic School<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our preschool is modeled after the Montessori Method. The Montessori Method supports a mastery learning model which allows your children the opportunity to have experiences and work with materials at a pace that matches their ability and readiness to learn. Teachers present new concepts as the child demonstrates their ability to move on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They may be tiny, but they are ready for big things! We believe even our youngest ones are ready to dream big and learn every day, while still having tons of fun! We know that when your children develop a strong confidence in themselves, they are able to make remarkable strides in all areas of learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preschool Program Highlights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We strive to provide an education experience that allows for the physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, and social development of each child.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We keep a calm environment that\u2019s conducive to learning, because so much of our world today is overstimulating and fast-paced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We welcome children of all faiths to our preschool program. Our preschool friends will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • learn about God\u2019s love and basic Bible stories.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • develop a positive self-concept.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • learn respect, responsibility, and cooperation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
